ALKALIZE YR BODY AND BLOOD!

Make a paste of garlic,onion,ginger,cilantro,citrus or lemon juice,broccoli or kale, himal salt and some bs molasses - add measures as per your customised tastes!
Add one tab of this well blended paste to a glass of warm or cool water of 300 ml and stir and put a big straw and offer as an alkalizing drink 3 or 4 t a day in office or at home!
u may also add carrot or beet or cabbage!

keep it in the refrigerator for not more than 2 days and use anytime u like even at midnight!

TRUTH--ALONE :MY SIGNATURE

               NOTHING  MATTERS  ONLY  NO  THING  MATTERS   

This is my signature.I wish to elaborate and discuss this in details.What precisely we infer from this? The first part we find is most commonly used in our daily conversation in this world.It is normally used when we want to convey/do that Things irrespective of Any Thing happens.When we are so determined to do a Thing despite a lot of obstacles on the way we usually say now nothing matters to me .This conveys this or such similar meanings.This is a worldly way of looking towards these (i.e. NOTHING MATTERS) words.

Let us see the other half of the sentence of my signature . Here NOTHING is just separated as NO   THING. Does this now also covey the same meaning as above or the meaning is just has become exactly OPPOSITE  to the above meaning .It has opposite sense. If you could get the difference, it is good and very well otherwise READ my signature time and again slowly till you get the difference.

NO THING means really nothing in worldly sense ,it conveys total EMPTINESS or real VOID which is most potent and powerful state of MIND from where the whole existence has evolved with a perfect precision and intelligence.This is a state of a SUPER CONSCIENCE BEING/SUPER INTELLIGENCE.You can give it any name like GOD/ALLAH/JESUS/BUDDHA or TVso on but each name will hurt the NO  THING.It is impossible to define and express it.It is only experiential.It is the spiritual way of looking these (i.e.NO  THING MATTERS )words.See how breaking a common word can make the things UP SIDE DOWN can create a utter confusion in this world in which we are all completely lost.

If you read this Blog  after reading my  previous blog  NOTHINGNESS,it will be quite easy to grasp the real meaning of my signature.

LAW OF LAZINESS OF NATURE
There is a very important law governing the NATURE. It is known as "LAW OF LAZINESS" as I would like to put it. It has not got addressed or not caught the attention of many of us the way it should have.
I would like to go in details of it.
First of all let us see the Newton's First Law of Motion. It deals with INERTIA and justifies the need of FORCE for the understanding of ACTION and its effects in our material world.INERTIA in fact can be conceived as Laziness of nature.WHY the NATURE RESIST a change? CHANGE is inevitable then why the NATURE has resistance to change. It is a universal TRUTH that everything is changing around us. Nothing is constant except the change itself. Should we take the property of NATURE as the impulse to change or to resist the change by NATURE itself ? We can also conceive this as the Primal Need-for- Balance of NATURE.
Another way of looking at the Laziness of Nature is in the Law of Least Action because of which The Nature follows the shortest route, it can only be due to the Laziness of NATURE.Mathematically the Law of Least Action has been used to develop the mechanics of moving bodies classically to a very great extent.I would like to attribute the Law of Laziness to visualize the Reality of TRUTH around us.
If we are looking for a scientific explanation for the action at a distance which involves the fields connecting the objects which the students of science are familiar with i.e. the field like magnetic,electric and gravitational etc. I include in these fields the field like mind field and sphere of love field etc. also. This is also a case of Law of Laziness. Otherwise the NATURE should have exhibited much more phenomena of Spontaneity and Simultaneity than we have recorded in the history of civilization.
In the Bhagvadgita which is a Hindu's most important scripture depicting TRUTH and REALITY of life and also it has become one of the most popular religious book of the present times because one can find maximum commentaries written about Gita by maximum number of great and wise people around the world and also GITA has been translated into maximum number of languages.
In this Lord Krishna talks about ACTION OF INACTION. It can be understood only in terms of holistic concepts of action which is linked with bondage and gives KARAM BANDHAN and if we want to do KARMA without bondage which is considered to be the highest type of KARMA or ACTION. It can come only from INACTION (PERFECT LAZINESS) .
INACTION is a state of perfect harmony----no movement at all------ no action at all (physical or mental) ---------perfect laziness.It is only a state of perfect being---------a state of total or super consciousness---------a state of perfect silence (outer as well as inner) -------------a state of perfect witness only.
In other word perfect laziness-----a state of NONDOING or DOING NOTHING---------------entering into NO -THING -NESS---------------WHICH IS A HIGHEST STATE OF EXISTENCE which can be called GOD or VOID etc. but one cannot ignore its significance and importance in our WORLD which includes all living and non living things .
There is a constant evolutionary change taking place continuously around us from the very beginning.
In the holistic way the mind stuff and the matter stuff play equally important role in the so called existence in perfect BALANCED way.
The LAW OF LAZINESS is OMNIPRESENT and should be considered as a LAW OF NATURE. Its mathematical form is wanting in Material Sciences for the development of the Modern WORLD .
From the point of view of mental frame of reference ,the LAW OF LAZINESS is responsible for a very large number of inventions because of the need of COMFORT of the MAN.
Man finds himself comfortable when minimum ACTION is required.It is a play of the LAW OF LAZINESS again.There is a IMPULSE to invent more and more easier ways to fulfill the NEEDS/COMFORTS of the MAN in the WORLD.
All the happenings in the WORLD is a game or manifestations of the LAW OF LAZINESS of the NATURE.

KARMA (ACTION)

KARMA (ACTION)
KEY WORDS-----Law of KARMA; Newton's Third Law of Motion; Causality Principle.
My mind is filled today with the above mentioned words.
I am trying to link the meaning of these words logically.
These words are playing very important role in the holistic growth and development of the WORLD and HUMAN LIFE.
Law of Karma says "As you sow so shall you reap".It is very deep rooted in Hindu Mythology and in our lives.All the events or happenings in our life can be attributed to this single Law.Our upbringing is responsible for this conception.Our parents, teachers and society around us,their attitude and behavior had made maximum contribution in engraving this law in our psyche at very very early stage of life unconsciously.With the passage of time it has gone into a deep unconscious state of mind where we have lost our own control over this.But one thing is very true that KARMA is an essential evil,it gives rise to BONDAGE (KARAMA BHANDAN).All human sufferings are due to BONDAGE.
Newton's Third Law of Motion states "Every Action has an equal and opposite Reaction" . This law has been very wisely used to study and understand the MOTION precisely and contributed to a very large extent for the scientific and modern world of the present day . Is it not the same as the Law of Karma ? Only difference is of FIELD Newton's third law it is to applied to the material world and Law of Karma is applied to Human Life.
Causality Principle-----Cause and effect also are so closely linked as the Action and Reaction in the Third law of motion and seed and fruit in the law of Karma.
In fact we are dealing the same law/principle in different context or different frame of reference.Such syntheses are the dawn of REALISATION in one's life.All knowledge and information can get unified as levels of REALISATION rises.

NOTHINGNESS

You must have used the word THING or THINGS quite often in various situations at various occasions in different contexts.
You make a list of the THINGS with all your imagination it should be vary exhaustive.
Have you included in the list the THINGS like emotions, thoughts, feelings, happiness, anger, taste, stress ,experience etc ?
I consider these also as the THINGS although these are mostly concerned and linked with the MIND which is an another important word maximally used or mis-used rather confusing the WORLD. It may be covering the TRUTH.I consider this also a THING. I'll come back to this later on, some other time.
Let me come back to my NOTHINGNESS.
NO -THING-NESS
It has always fascinated me.
Being a seeker of the TRUTH ,I wish to go scientifically and systematically in details and in depth of NO THING NESS.
Everything in the WORLD which is existing now,must be non-existing earlier.
Thus the origin of existence is in non-existence.
So EVERYTHING has come out of NO THING NESS.
Therefore NOTHINGNESS is very important to be explored not only by me but by EVERYBODY . I'm greatly concerned about NOTHINGNESS because everything in this world has come out of NOTHINGNESS.It is the ultimate reservoir of everything. My main concern is to tap this reservoir for the well being and the welfare of the WORLD.
To explore NOTHINGNESS ---do we need words---do we need mind --
-do we need experience---do we need knowledge --do we need some training--- are there some pre-conditions must.
Does our existence inadequate for this purpose--does it need some support if yes is it from THINGS or from NOTHINGNESS.
Does the WORLD come in between somewhere in this exploration ?
If there is some purpose of existence then there is a purpose of non-existence too therefore NOTHINGNESS cannot be ignored or taken lightly.
